Silhouette (NA032) – Blue Duochrome Nail Art Powder

The ultra-fine smooth consistency can be worked into a gorgeous shine or dabbed on for just a hint of sparkle.Use asponge applicator to work for easy, mess-free applications.Each clear screw-toppot includes 0.5 grams of nail powder.

Directions:

1. Apply base coat or stamping polish to the nail. To enhance the duo-chrome effect, use over black or another dark base color.
2. Wait 45-60 seconds for the polish to become semi-dry.
3. Dab or tap nail art powder onto the nail using asponge applicator or an old stamper. Gently rub powder into the nail for a sleek, shiny finish.
4. Seal in your nail art with a topcoat. We recommend.
